iProperty is a property platform serving multiple markets across Southeast Asia. I contributed to the early stage of the product, helping shape a scalable foundation used by millions of users.
Project overview
I was part of a 4 person team to kickstart a proof of concept using React as the main stack. I designed and built a reusable component system that supported multiple regional brands across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Hong Kong.
Challenges
The product needed to support different markets while keeping the experience consistent. It also required a flexible system that could scale as the product and team grew.
Results
The platform scaled across multiple regions and grew into a product used by millions. The team expanded from 4 people to over 40, supporting the growth of one of the leading property platforms in Southeast Asia.
